We arrange tailored appointments initially in the showroom and then at your home or on site. Both stages include design discussions, budget planning and exploring material options.
For installation projects, we carry out a detailed site survey where our designer and technical expert assess your space, ensuring all information is gathered accurately and efficiently for your tiling or bathroom project.
We prepare a clear budget for labour, materials and products, followed by a review meeting. This allows us to fine-tune ideas, confirm details and ensure everything is aligned before moving forward.
Once you are happy, we take payment for goods and a deposit for installation to secure your slot.
Our in-house team then project manages and carries out your tiling or bathroom installation, keeping you updated throughout to make sure everything is completed exactly as you expect and where possible within the agreed timescale.
