Our extensive range of profiles is designed to protect corners and remove the need for a fragile, unsightly 45º cut. The defined square edge creates a crisp outline for coverings such as rectified porcelain stoneware. Available in a choice of materials, colours and finishes, these profiles are both practical and visually appealing, suitable for walls and floors. Where needed, trims are supplied with a transparent protective film for added protection during transport, storage and installation.

Installation

  • Select ESA/EFA according to tile thickness. 
  • Trowel tile adhesive over the area that forms the perimeter of the tiled covering. 
  • Press the perforated anchoring leg of the ESA into the tile adhesive and align, mechanical fix if required. 
  • Trowel additional adhesive over the perforated anchoring leg to ensure full coverage. 
  • Solidly embed the tiles so that the tiled surface is flush with the top of the profile, the profile should not be higher than the tiled surface, but rather up to approximately 1 mm lower. 
  • Fill the joint completely with grout. 

1.     Measure each wall and floor – multiply length × height (or length × width) to find the area in m².

2.     Add approximately 10–15% extra for cuts and spares.

3.     Check your tile size – divide your wall or floor measurements by the tile size to see how many tiles you’ll need.

4.     Order by box – most tiles are sold per box; check how many m² each box covers.

Returns Process

We recommend ordering a sample before placing your order, as our tiles and landscaping products are often special-order bespoke items. This ensures you are completely happy with the colour, texture and finish before committing to a larger order.

Please note that in many cases, we are unable to accept returns for a full refund due to the bespoke nature of these products. Where returns are possible, the following process applies:

  1. Contact Us - Please notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return. Provide your order number, details of the product and the reason for return.
  2. Approval - Our team will review your request. If your items are eligible for return, we will confirm the next steps and provide instructions.
  3. Condition of Goods - Returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in a resalable condition. We cannot accept products that have been used, opened or damaged.
  4. Return of Goods - You are responsible for arranging the return of goods and covering any return delivery costs, unless the product is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly.
  5. Refunds - Once the goods have been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued. In some cases, a restocking fee may apply. Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 14 working days.
  6. Non-Returnable Items - Bespoke or special-order items that have been specifically ordered in for you are non-returnable unless faulty.
