After installation, we can arrange for your dedicated Geberit team member to contact you to activate the maximum warranty period and provide on-site end user training. This includes guidance on the Geberit phone app and video user guide, use of the WC remote control system, and advice on care and maintenance.

We also offer free click & collect for any order weighing 45kg or less. Collection is from our store based in Deveron, Truro, Cornwall

For each order made, our customer service team aims to get in touch to arrange delivery dates within 24 hours of placing an order.

We hold the vast majority of our stock within our central warehouse however from time to time we do have to order some products from our supplier.

Returns Process

We recommend ordering a sample before placing your order, as our tiles and landscaping products are often special-order bespoke items. This ensures you are completely happy with the colour, texture and finish before committing to a larger order.

Please note that in many cases, we are unable to accept returns for a full refund due to the bespoke nature of these products. Where returns are possible, the following process applies:

  1. Contact Us - Please notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return. Provide your order number, details of the product and the reason for return.
  2. Approval - Our team will review your request. If your items are eligible for return, we will confirm the next steps and provide instructions.
  3. Condition of Goods - Returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in a resalable condition. We cannot accept products that have been used, opened or damaged.
  4. Return of Goods - You are responsible for arranging the return of goods and covering any return delivery costs, unless the product is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly.
  5. Refunds - Once the goods have been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued. In some cases, a restocking fee may apply. Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 14 working days.
  6. Non-Returnable Items - Bespoke or special-order items that have been specifically ordered in for you are non-returnable unless faulty.

Using either the remote control or the AquaClean app, all functions can be adjusted across five levels, including spray intensity, arm position, oscillation and temperature.

The enhanced memory function on the remote control allows you to store your preferred programme and activate it easily via the opto-remote or control panel. Up to three individual user profiles can be saved and recalled at any time.

The Geberit AquaClean Mera Care also offers flexibility at installation, with an in-built height adjustable stainless steel frame providing a seat height range of 440 mm to 560 mm, ensuring comfort to meet specific requirements.

TOTAL CONTROL 

The Geberit Mera Care provides multiple options for controlling its features, allowing you to choose the method that best suits your needs. The wash and dry cycle can be activated via the push-button panel on the side of the toilet or with the remote control. For complete hands-free use, the touchless wall-mounted remote uses a sensor to detect movement and automatically start the washing and drying sequence. All functions are safety-controlled and will only operate when the seat is occupied, preventing accidental activation.

In partnership with Tobii Dynavox, we have introduced compatibility with TD Pilot eye-gaze technology, enabling users to control the Geberit Home app using only their eyes or head movements. This is a unique feature in the world of shower toilets and a real breakthrough for accessibility. It offers independence and ease of use for people with spinal cord injuries, quadriplegia, motor neurone disease (MND), or anyone with severely restricted mobility.

TD Pilot itself is an advanced eye-controlled communication device for iPad, designed to help individuals with conditions such as ALS/MND, spinal cord injury or cerebral palsy to communicate, access apps and manage devices. Its integration with the Geberit Mera Care delivers life-changing support, making daily routines more comfortable and dignified.
