Installation & Care

Terracotta tiles should be sealed prior to grouting and again after installation to protect against moisture and staining. Once sealed, these tiles are easy to maintain and will continue to enhance their character as they age. We recommend professional installation for best results and longevity.

1.     Measure each wall and floor – multiply length × height (or length × width) to find the area in m².

2.     Add approximately 10–15% extra for cuts and spares.

3.     Check your tile size – divide your wall or floor measurements by the tile size to see how many tiles you’ll need.

4.     Order by box – most tiles are sold per box; check how many m² each box covers.

For items in stock, delivery is arranged within 48 hours of purchase. Items sent directly from our manufacturer partners are dispatched within 3 days, and most orders reach customers within 7 days.

We deliver to the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland.

We also offer free click & collect for any order weighing 45kg or less. Collection is from our store based in Deveron, Truro, Cornwall

Returns Process

We recommend ordering a sample before placing your order, as our tiles and landscaping products are often special-order bespoke items. This ensures you are completely happy with the colour, texture and finish before committing to a larger order.

Please note that in many cases, we are unable to accept returns for a full refund due to the bespoke nature of these products. Where returns are possible, the following process applies:

  1. Contact Us - Please notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return. Provide your order number, details of the product and the reason for return.
  2. Approval - Our team will review your request. If your items are eligible for return, we will confirm the next steps and provide instructions.
  3. Condition of Goods - Returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in a resalable condition. We cannot accept products that have been used, opened or damaged.
  4. Return of Goods - You are responsible for arranging the return of goods and covering any return delivery costs, unless the product is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly.
  5. Refunds - Once the goods have been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued. In some cases, a restocking fee may apply. Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 14 working days.
  6. Non-Returnable Items - Bespoke or special-order items that have been specifically ordered in for you are non-returnable unless faulty.
