When considering wet room kits, the deck is the most important component. Our decks are claimed to be the strongest available floor former in the UK market. Precision-manufactured with a self-supporting construction, this wet room system supports loads up to 470 kg, suitable for timber or screed floors, and features an offset waste outlet to avoid joists. The pre cut outlet is suitable for use with a gravity waste or a pumped waste system.

Returns Process
We recommend ordering a sample before placing your order, as our tiles and landscaping products are often special-order bespoke items. This ensures you are completely happy with the colour, texture and finish before committing to a larger order.
Please note that in many cases, we are unable to accept returns for a full refund due to the bespoke nature of these products. Where returns are possible, the following process applies:
- Contact Us - Please notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return. Provide your order number, details of the product and the reason for return.
- Approval - Our team will review your request. If your items are eligible for return, we will confirm the next steps and provide instructions.
- Condition of Goods - Returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in a resalable condition. We cannot accept products that have been used, opened or damaged.
- Return of Goods - You are responsible for arranging the return of goods and covering any return delivery costs, unless the product is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly.
- Refunds - Once the goods have been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued. In some cases, a restocking fee may apply. Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 14 working days.
- Non-Returnable Items - Bespoke or special-order items that have been specifically ordered in for you are non-returnable unless faulty.
