Create a fully waterproof wet room with the highly flexible Nicobond Wet Room Waterproofing Membrane. This quick drying, aqueous emulsion polymer based liquid membrane is applied directly to rigid surfaces in wet rooms, bathrooms and showers. For best results, use with Wet Room Waterproof Tape and accessories to form a complete waterproofing system before installing ceramic tiles.

For floors subject to movement such as plywood, or to overlay moisture sensitive wall and floor substrates, use in conjunction with the Nicobond Wet Room Waterproof Tanking Sheet for a higher specification tanking system that complies with BS 5385 Part 4. The product also meets the requirements of BS EN 14891:2012.

Returns Process

We recommend ordering a sample before placing your order, as our tiles and landscaping products are often special-order bespoke items. This ensures you are completely happy with the colour, texture and finish before committing to a larger order.

Please note that in many cases, we are unable to accept returns for a full refund due to the bespoke nature of these products. Where returns are possible, the following process applies:

  1. Contact Us - Please notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return. Provide your order number, details of the product and the reason for return.
  2. Approval - Our team will review your request. If your items are eligible for return, we will confirm the next steps and provide instructions.
  3. Condition of Goods - Returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in a resalable condition. We cannot accept products that have been used, opened or damaged.
  4. Return of Goods - You are responsible for arranging the return of goods and covering any return delivery costs, unless the product is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly.
  5. Refunds - Once the goods have been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued. In some cases, a restocking fee may apply. Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 14 working days.
  6. Non-Returnable Items - Bespoke or special-order items that have been specifically ordered in for you are non-returnable unless faulty.
