Suitable for artificial and natural tiles and floors including travertine, limestone, sandstone, slate, marble, porcelain, granite, terracotta, quarry tiles, brick, external paving and driveways.

Ideal for general stone care and for use in the restoration of artificial and natural tiles and floors. LTP Grimex is especially effective on stone, travertine, slate, terracotta, porcelain and quarry tiles. LTP Grimex helps remove stubborn stains and existing layers of sealant from floors and tiles. It is also suitbale for the general maintenance cleaning of external driveways, patios and paths.

To remove cement and grout stains you may find LTP Grout Stain Remover is a more effective alternative.

Important: Test the solution on an inconspicuous area before general application. Any alkalinity remaining on surfaces treated with this product should be completely neutralised. This may be done with a little clean water applied by sponge.

TIPS

  • LTP Grimex is effective at removing the seal from natural stone surfaces. After using LTP Grimex you may wish to re seal or enhance your surface using an appropriate sealing product.
  • Maintaining your sealed surface with the correct maintenance product will extend the life of the seal and offer additional protection.

COVERAGE – PER LITRE

  • In mild cases – approximately 50m2
  • In more severe cases – approximately 20m2
  • In extremely severe cases – approximately 5-10m2

1.     Measure each wall and floor – multiply length × height (or length × width) to find the area in m².

2.     Add approximately 10–15% extra for cuts and spares.

3.     Check your tile size – divide your wall or floor measurements by the tile size to see how many tiles you’ll need.

4.     Order by box – most tiles are sold per box; check how many m² each box covers.

We also offer free click & collect for any order weighing 45kg or less. Collection is from our store based in Deveron, Truro, Cornwall

We hold the vast majority of our stock within our central warehouse however from time to time we do have to order some products from our supplier.

Returns Process

We recommend ordering a sample before placing your order, as our tiles and landscaping products are often special-order bespoke items. This ensures you are completely happy with the colour, texture and finish before committing to a larger order.

Please note that in many cases, we are unable to accept returns for a full refund due to the bespoke nature of these products. Where returns are possible, the following process applies:

  1. Contact Us - Please notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return. Provide your order number, details of the product and the reason for return.
  2. Approval - Our team will review your request. If your items are eligible for return, we will confirm the next steps and provide instructions.
  3. Condition of Goods - Returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in a resalable condition. We cannot accept products that have been used, opened or damaged.
  4. Return of Goods - You are responsible for arranging the return of goods and covering any return delivery costs, unless the product is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly.
  5. Refunds - Once the goods have been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued. In some cases, a restocking fee may apply. Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 14 working days.
  6. Non-Returnable Items - Bespoke or special-order items that have been specifically ordered in for you are non-returnable unless faulty.
